Vendor Sign-Up Form

Spaces available inside at: 10’ x 10’ space

   ALL INSIDE SPOTS ARE FULL

Spaces available outside at: 8’ x 8’ space

    • No Tents & No Electricity $100.00

Spaces available outside at: 10’ x 10’ space

    • Can Use Tents, but No Electricity $75.00

**Your entire setup must fit within the specified area or you will be charged for an extra space.

Deadline, Payments, and other Info

The deadline to register is November 15, 2018. After the deadline, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 for every 10 x 10’ space, and no checks will be accepted for payment at this time. Your check or credit card will not be processed until you are accepted. There is NO guarantee of space without a payment. All fees are non-refundable.

We will allow 2 payments, if you pay in full by November 1, 2018. We accept cash, check, or credit card.

For credit card payments, a link will be sent to your email address once you have been approved by our committee.

The Touch of Christmas Bazaar will be held on December 1st & 2nd of 2018. The event will run:

Saturday–10:00am to 6:00pm

Sunday–11:00am to 5:00pm

IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION

Vendors must list ALL items to be displayed, sold, or given during the event in the text box below.  

Photos of your items to be sold, displayed or given must be submitted with this application. A photo of your booth is also helpful, but not required.

Once accepted, you will receive instructions regarding procedures by email or by USPS. A vendor may not add ANY additional items without the approval of the Touch of Christmas Committee. Violations of this rule will result in immediate cancellation of any agreement and forfeiture of all rental fees. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the event.  

If you would like to share your space with another vendor the vendor must also submit picture and description of item.

We will only allow one consultant from each organization. EXAMPLE: One Mary Kay, LuLaRoe, Lip Sense is allowed at the event at one time. Due to past concerns, please use the corporate name of product when submitting your application.

I hereby release Moose lodge, Operation Phantom Support, their agents, and employees from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against the Moose Lodge, Operation Phantom Support, City of Killeen, their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with Touch of Christmas Bazaar, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, or claims for wrongful death, caused by the acts, omissions, or negligence of Moose Lodge,  Operation Phantom Support, City of Killeen, their agents and employees.  

I further agree to hold harmless Moose Lodge, Operation Phantom Support, City of Killeen, their agents and employees, from all claims, demands, suits, causes of action, or judgments which I, my spouse, my children, my relatives, and/or my guests ever had, now have, or may have in the future or which my heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns may have, or claim to have against the Operation Phantom support, Moose Lodge, City of Killeen their agents and employees, arising out of or in any way connected with The Touch of Christmas Bazaar, Bell County, Texas, for all personal injuries, known or unknown, property damages, acts, omissions, or negligence of the Moose Lodge, Operation Phantom Support, City of Killeen, their agents and employees.

I FURTHER GRANT FULL PERMISSION TO ANY AND ALL FOREGOING TO USE PHOTOS, RECORDINGS, VIDEOTAPES, OR ANY OTHER RECORD OF THIS EVENT FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER.

I, the applicant vendor, do hereby agree to all the terms of this contract, should I fail to do so, I agree to forfeit all money paid and the right to participate in the Touch of Christmas bazaar.

Food Truck Sign-Up Form
