What is Operation Phantom Support?

Operation Phantom Support is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization created to assist Active Military, First Responders, Honorable Veterans and their families in their times of need. We provide 9 different programs for our supporters to use, including but not limited to programs such as our Food Pantry, our Birthday Cakes program, and our Christmas Toy Drive.

How do I use your programs?

Since we are a non-profit, we rely on your generous donations in order to continue serving our community. We ask that everyone using our services donates a minimum of $20/month to help keep our programs running smoothly. In exchange, you are eligible to use any of our programs.

Is there a limit to how many programs I can use once I'm a donor?

No there isn't. As long as you are a donor, you can sign up to participate in as many of our programs as you may need. All programs are budget driven based on donations received.

How can I volunteer?

You can sign up to be a volunteer through our website. Click on the 'Get Involved' Tab at the top of our page, and follow the directions listed for becoming a volunteer.

What hours are you guys open?

Our Pantry is open on Thursdays and Saturdays 10AM-2PM, and our Resale Center is open on both Pantry Days, as well as Wednesdays and Fridays 12PM-4PM.

How does this Food Pantry work?

Food Pantry is for all Active Duty, Honorable Veterans and First Responders and their families, you need to provide proof of service (ID Card, VA Card, DD214) if your a spouse your ID card will work. We ask for a $20 once a month donation to use all our programs to allow us to provide for those in need. Our Food Pantry is open to donors twice a week, every Thursday and Saturday from 10-2. We have an Open Pantry for all on the Third Thursday of every month, you still need to provide proof of service to use our pantry.

Annual Program Questions

We have two annual programs, Toys for Troops and Operation Re-Supply both run only once a year, Toys for Troops in December and Re-Supply in July/August. Both programs are first come first serve, sign up will be posted both on our website and Facebook pages. You must be active duty Honorable Veteran or First Responder (or family member) to qualify for all our programs and must show proof.
