Your First Donation Starts Today
As a cash donor, you are responsible for ensuring your donation is made monthly, every 30 days from today.
Acknowledgement of Donation Pledge to the Phantom Corps
You are committing to a 1 year donation agreement to become part of our PHANTOM CORPS. This is a recurring monthly donation to help us budget our programs in order to maximize our effort to complete our mission. If for any reason, you need to cancel prior to your 12-month commitment, this will end your part in the Phantom Corps. After 12 months you can cancel anytime, with no restrictions on renewing.
To stop or cancel your donation, you must come in and see us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name. All cases not meeting the 12-month criteria will be taken under consideration at our discretion. Your account is automatically cancelled if your card does not process 2 months in a row, and you then fall under the same cancelation requirement if you did not make your 12-month commitment.
