If you are a civilian, access to Fort Hood is not guaranteed. A specialized pass will be generated for you for the event. During signup, you will be asked to provide information relating to the pass.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain your pass, so please make sure to provide a valid email address.
Each team consists of 2 Civilians (The Sponsors) and 2 active Duty Soldiers. Come out and "Remember the Sacrifice" by sponsoring 2 Active Duty Soldiers to play on your team!
A business will be able to market at their hole, in addition to having a tent set up, as long as the tent does not interfere with play.
A hole sponsor will get a sign with their company name and logo on it at the hole.
Or donate a prize of equal value.
Soldiers get 1 free swing, civilians will purchase a raffle ticket
